Juice concentrates

Juice concentrate is made by pressing fruit or vegetables and removing the water, which is then added back in later. The concentrate retains the natural flavor and nutrients. Available in both "clarified" and "cloudy" varieties, with Brix levels depending on how much water has been removed.

We at Storms can supply most juice concentrates to the food industry in Norway in packaging from 20 kg jerry cans - in barrels - IBC containers to tanker trucks.

NFC juice (Not from Concentrate)

NFC juice has minimal processing during production by pressing the juice out of the fruit, preserving as much of the vitamins and natural flavor as possible. It is well suited for products where authentic flavor and texture are important.

Single-strength purees

Single-strength purees are simple purees made from whole fruits or vegetables, with both fiber and juice retained. Pulp concentrate

Pulp concentrate is made from fruit puree (single-strength) with the option of adding fruit pieces and cores. The degree of concentration (Brix level) is adjusted according to the desired thickness and taste.

Puree concentrate

Puree concentrate is made by removing water from fruit puree until the desired concentration (Brix level) is achieved. The degree of concentration is adjusted according to the viscosity of the puree, so that you get a product with a rich taste and texture.
