Food production employee – technical background

Your responsibilities will include:
- Production: You will work with the production of food products based on defined recipes and processes. This involves everything from understanding recipes, allocating raw materials in the right amount, carrying out production and being able to use various tools/equipment in our facility. Have close dialogue with the quality department and other employees in the production department.
- Bottling line: We have a bottling line for liquid products where we bottle into PET or glass. Operating this will be an important part of your everyday life.
- Quality control: You will be central to ensuring good quality control internally and contribute to our company complying with strict quality requirements. Quality assurance and documentation in everyday life will take place on an ongoing basis.
We believe you will have the greatest chance of success in the job professionally if you have experience with:
- Background: You have a background in food production or similar. You preferably have knowledge and expertise in food safety and process technology. You must communicate fluently in Norwegian and English (both written and spoken). Norwegian level C2 is required in relation to food safety.
- Experience: We believe you have good experience working in the food production industry and preferably practical process engineering experience. Technical understanding and experience with production equipment is an advantage. Knowledge of laws, regulations and standards used in food production would be a plus. Forklift driver's license and/or other relevant certification is an advantage.
- Use of Tools: You must enjoy working with technical equipment, and like using digital solutions as work tools.
