Storms AS is strengthening its production department and is now seeking an operational team leader for food production .
This is a key role for those who want to combine management with practical work in production. The position is operational, with clear responsibility for both people, processes and production equipment.
As a team leader, you will work closely with the Operations Manager and lead a production team of five people. The role involves approximately 75% operational work in production and 25% management, planning and follow-up.
You will be responsible for, among other things:
- daily production according to established recipes and processes
- operation of two bottling lines for liquid products, PET and glass
- quality, hygiene, HSE and documentation
- technical follow-up and easier maintenance
- cooperation with the quality department and other functions
We are looking for someone who has experience from food production or a similar process industry, has good technical understanding and thrives in an operational management role. High-level Norwegian is required for documentation and food safety reasons.
