From 2008 until this year, she has worked with the import of wine to the Norwegian market, most recently with the importer Autentico AS.
She also spent a short period at Vinmonopolet. Alongside her job, she trained as a Sommelier at the Culinary Academy and completed the comprehensive Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) Diploma in wine and spirits. Now the time has come to take over as general manager of the family business.
"I grew up in an environment with exciting smells everywhere. Now I'm looking forward to using everything I've learned about smell and taste from working with wine into other parts of the food industry. It's special to have the opportunity to take over the management of a business as the 5th generation. It is with pride and respect for my father, uncle (Einar Storm) and previous generations that I now embark on the task," says the incoming general manager.
“In addition to a long history, we have unique expertise. We are constantly working to innovate while trying to preserve our solid traditions. I think our slogan Great taste since 1897 says it all. We will earn ourselves a bit more space and be more visible in the future,” says Annette. The ambition is to be the best in taste and the preferred supplier in the Norwegian market.
